Below are answers to hopefully most of the general questions you may have. Please keep in mind that these are simple answers to the most frequent queries, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for clarification or browse the rest of our site for more detailed information.

Our front desk opens at 8:30 AM PST and closes 11:00 PM PST. Check-ins later than 11:00 PM must ring the night-bell outside the entrance doors for service.
Our check-in time is 2:00 PM PST and our check-out time is 11:00 AM PST.
Yes, we do offer late checkouts. For a CAD $20.00 plus taxes fee, your checkout time will extend from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator or lift. However, we will provide personal assistance if you would like some help carrying your luggage to your upstairs room.
Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units.
Yes! All of our guests may ask the front desk for the password for our wireless internet service. There are no fees for using the service, but do keep in mind that you and other guests are sharing the same network, so please use it sparingly.
No, we do not offer breakfast. However, restaurants are within 2-3 minute walking distances.
Yes, we offer both coffee and tea. Coffee and a coffee maker are by default equipped in the rooms. We can provide tea and extras upon request.
Yes, we offer wake-up calls. Please contact the front desk for arranging one.
Yes, we allow pets or animals in our rooms at a charge of CAD $10.00 plus taxes. Please note due to allergy concerns, we only allow pets in specific rooms. Service animals stay free of charge.
All children ages 10 and below stay free of charge. We do not have any cots to accommodate any extra children that the room cannot.
Yes, we have a fairly large parking lot in front of our establishment in which guests may park for free. Please note that the 28 Inn is not responsible for your vehicles.
The 28 Inn does not have a laundry service. However, a laundromat is nearby within walking distance.
Yes, we offer both fax and printing services at a subsidized cost for guests. Small printing queries often are completed free of charge.
