Additional Occupants
An additional charge of $20.00 plus taxes will apply for each additional occupant (does not apply to the Family Room).
Damage Deposits
If your payment method is cash or debit card, a $100.00 deposit is required for your stay. It will be refunded or returned to you during morning check out. Alternatively, you may provide a credit card imprint to replace the deposit (no charges).
Pet Policy
The 28 Inn allows pets in certain rooms at a charge of $20 plus tax per each pet.
Late Checkout Charges
Regular check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you wish to extend check out time to 2:00 PM, a $20.00 plus tax charge will apply. If your checkout time is later than 2:00 PM, a full night’s charge will apply.
